Australia and its Constitutions

This group is for all sovereign people to join and to learn of the Treason being committed by ALL Commonwealth (so called) “representatives”.

The English and (rightful) Common law Constitution was usurped and the Crown was overthrown in 1688 by the English Bill of Rights and the Coronation Oath of the same year.

Therefore “Queen” Victoria had NO constitutional authority to agree to grant Independence to the Commonwealth Counties. In doing so a false constitution was put in place by referendum whilst the people were not provided full disclosure of the facts making that referendum Null and Void.

The English and Commonwealth constitution protects the people’s Sovereignty whereas the 1900 constitution does not. For one, it provides parliament with Sovereignty (just like it is treasonously claimed in England) and does not provide the people with properly convened court de jure hearings where the people are the judges.

All this may seem rather fantastic at first but it is also totally evidential.
